stayed in Protaras many times, but Romeo & Juliet villa exceeded expectations. Comfortable, modern, and beautifully decorated. Maria was a pleasant and helpful host. Planning our next stay already!

We recently had an amazing holiday at a villa in Protaras. the location was perfect, being both quiet and close to the beach. the villa itself was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the spacious rooms with air conditioning were a bonus, especially during the hot weather.

We were slightly disappointed that our villa did not have the advertised roof terrace. It would have been nice to have that additional space to enjoy the beautiful views.

The location of the villa is convenient, with restaurants, bars, and beaches within walking distance or a short drive away. the villa itself is well-maintained, with spacious bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. the pool area is great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. the hosts are friendly and provide helpful recommendations for local activities and dining options. Guests appreciate the welcoming touches, such as the fresh milk, orange juice, and bottle of wine upon arrival.

The beds could be more comfortable.

We arrived a few hours before check-in, but they were so accommodating and made us feel at home. The villa was spotlessly clean with ample towels and linen provided. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and they even provided complimentary water, juice, coffee, tea. The pool area was stunning, complete with lounge chairs, a pool table, and an outdoor shower. The wifi worked perfectly, and we appreciated the selection of movies provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness and assisting us with travel plans. The villa was secure, with a gated resort entrance, locked doors and windows, and a safe in the bedroom. I highly recommend this wonderful and secure accommodation for a perfect vacation.

The premises were excellent and the villas were clean throughout. Villa 28 was in excellent condition and had everything we needed as a family. The swimming pool and spacious grounds were perfect for our children to play both inside and outside. The hosts, Marios and Maria, were excellent and checked on us frequently to ensure we were content. The location was lovely and peaceful, with Protaras center just a short drive away. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of red wine, tea, coffee, orange juice, and mineral water upon arrival. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent, everything was clean and comfortable. The location was magical with great sea views and a peaceful and remote atmosphere. The pool was much bigger than usual and the villa was spacious and well furnished. The staff, especially Maria and Marios, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best experiences we've had!

One slight disappointment was the lack of a roof terrace, which was advertised but not present in our villa. This should be made clear in the description.

The villa we stayed in was absolutely fantastic! the photos online did not do it justice. It was spacious, comfortable, and designed to a very high standard. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and depth of the pool, and the fully fitted kitchen had everything we needed. the sun terrace on the roof was a great place to relax and enjoy the views. the location was also convenient, with the main beaches and the center of town just a short drive away. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
